The new Maxus Bivvy is without question the highest specification bivvy available. Designed as a large 2 man or ultra luxury 1 man, it has more features and is better made than any bivvy we have ever seen before.

 

The waterproof outer skin, is made from our own new 'Hydro-tec' material, utilising intelligent- membrane technology and is 100% waterproof and breathable, so no more condensation. Rated to 12000mm Hydrostatic Head.

 

Designed ergonomically to provide maximum protection and stability as well as providing more headroom, versatillity and increased porch protection.

 

The 100% waterproof skin is manufactured from our own 'Hydro-Tec' material that is the most waterproof and breathable ever used on a bivvy.  We have exclusive use of 'Hydro-Tec' for the angling industry.  Not only is it 100% waterpoof and breathable it retains tension in any weather, intelligently relaxing or tightening, depending on conditions and temperature.  The material naturally repells moisture or utilises it to lubricate its membrane. Other inferior materials slacken, creating condensation drip when cold and wet.  With 'Hydro-Tec' the opposite is true and retains an element of tension. During testing, condensation was completely eliminated. 

 

With Three infill front options and the inner capsule the Maxus Bivvy offer's unparalleled options.  The standard inner capsule is great in the summer when you do not need waterproof layer.

Then you can add the standard infill that is waterproof and has a mozzi-mesh panel.On top of this there is an entire mozzi mesh panel that be used on its own or over the top of this panel which is easily zipped in or out. Top cap it all off the bivvy also comes complete withd the extra porch infill to give more space, more protection and more shade.

 

Options Options Options! 

The Maxus can be used as a large Two man Bivvy or by adding the suspended inner mesh capsule it becomes a large luxury One man.  Completely zip-able and sealed to prevent any creepy crawlies entering. Totally new is the fact you can completely unzip the Mozzi-Mesh Infill panel for optimum space, whilst retaining the insulating, moisture-beating twin-skin.
